1-2 Days This course is designed to allow delegates to understand and acquire the necessary skills required to successfully implement and monitor Quality Management within the workplace both in terms of “Product Quality” and “Service Quality”. The course can be generic and use the typical processes of Quality Planning, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Quality Improvement or can include an organisations internal quality procedures and templates.
