This course is designed to introduce delegates to the field of Performance Appraisal and to give them the opportunity to practice a range of Appraisal skills in a safe and supportive environment. It enables delegates to understand what Appraisal is and allows them to function within their own company’s Appraisal system. All aspects of the subject are considered in terms of planning and conducting appraisals as well as how to use the documentation.
An opening session also allows delegates to consider why they should have an appraisal system in the first place.
