Many projects involve complex multi-national elements, from projects that are executed in a foreign country to project teams or stakeholders that are made up of different nationalities, cultures and religions. This in itself brings new challenges as this often requires different cultures to co-exist within a project.
This workshop has been designed to turn these potential barriers into opportunities and covers a range of topics aimed at all personnel who have any input or dealings with projects with a multi-national element. The workshop provides practical tools and techniques for creating a diversity advantage.
