Jacqui’s background is primarily involved in the field of Training and Development. She was responsible for the development and delivery of a wide range of ICT Training Courses and programmes for FE and local government employees/clients including facilitation of motivational and team building training for key NUS members.
Jacqui was the sole student representative on a number of key project developments for Higher and Further education, including the group responsible for the new HMI framework design and implementation projects. As well as the Forum for Higher Education, chaired by Jim Wallace (then Deputy First Minister) for whom Jacqui researched and delivered a paper on e-Learning and its effect on Learners in Scotland. She also wrote the Constitution for Angus College, as well as a number of successful proposals which are currently used as templates by NUS Scotland for representatives to personalise and use.
Employment within the private sector, including 5 years with Saatchi & Saatchi, were in Organisational/Managerial roles with responsibility for projects, many overlapping, where the development of Project Management skills have proved invaluable.
Experienced in all areas of ICT, including all Microsoft Office packages, Adobe Photoshop and Premier packages and Digital photography, Jacqui also designed and delivered facilitation courses in relation to Team Skills, Board of Management, Marketing and Representation Skills.
