Working initially in the field of electronics as a project manager, Graham was responsible for managing several projects varying from new product development to major IT installations. Subsequently, Graham moved onto managing the installation of production control systems mainly within the oil industry.
In 1994 he moved into the field of training & facilitation and 4 years ago co-founded 20|20 Business Insight. He has been responsible for the development and delivery of Professional Development, Leadership, Project Management, Safety Leadership and General Management programmes for several major companies including Shell, Schlumberger, Kvaerner, Technip, KCA Deutag, Halliburton, Subsea 7, Rolls Royce, B.N.F.L. Scottish & Southern Electricity Board, Scottish Water & The Northern Ireland Electricity Board
Grahams main areas of speciality are primarily in Project Management, Quality Management, Leadership, and Team & Behavioural related programmes.
Graham has achieved APM Professional status with the Association for Project Management (APM), holds a DipEEG and teaches Risk Analysis and Management for The University of Aberdeen on their M.Sc. in Project Management.
Graham lives in Aberdeen and works globally. He has a strong and genuine commitment to the professional development and personal growth of others.
