In 1982 he entered the Information Technology sector and remained there until 2002 supplying complex IT systems negotiating at Board level. He was involved in the set up of two businesses which were sold profitably.
Since becoming involved in Training and Facilitation Jim has delivered the 20|20 developed (IPMA Accredited) Project Management Programme to a number of Oil and Gas organisations and contractors and also the NHS Project Management Practitioners Programme.
He has supported the Development, Delivery and Facilitation of the Portfolio and Programme Management Modules within the MSc in Project Management for the University of Aberdeen and Co-Developed the 20|20 F8TM Strategic Selling Programme.
