Lynsey continued in the hospitality industry after a 2year period in America and moved to Ireland to manage a 3AA Rosette restaurant in the heart of Dublin City.
In 2000, Lynsey returned to Scotland as Restaurant Manager for The Old Course Hotel, St. Andrews. Following the golfing tradition, Lynsey then moved to the Carnoustie Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa as the Events Manager increasing net event revenue by 25% whilst significantly raising the profile of Carnoustie’s event planning portfolio. During this period, Lynsey procured and developed commercial contracts with various industry sectors such as government, oil & gas and manufacturing and her involvement with charities and international golf events was influential in the success and reputation of Carnoustie’s corporate affiliation.
Lynsey joined 20|20 in 2004 as Business Manager and has taken on a variety of business critical roles as the company continues to expand. Lynsey is now responsible for the global marketing and development for the company and coordinates the open / public course scheduling and communications.
