PMALS (Project Management Assessment & Learning System) is a tool developed by 20|20 that analyses an individuals current project management knowledge level. PMALS is based on 20|20’s Project Management Development Programme that links IPMA Competencies to Job Functions.
PMALS highlights which areas require further study and produces a learning map which enables them to attain their operational and organisational knowledge level. The learning map is linked to taught and distance learning units provided by 20|20.
