Leadership Development Programme
Leadership has been defined as “the ability of an individual to influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute toward the effectiveness and success of the organisations of which they are members”.  Organisationally, leadership directly impacts the effectiveness of costs, revenue generation, service, satisfaction, earnings, market value, share price, social capital, motivation, engagement, and sustainability.  Leadership is the ability of an individual to set an example for others and lead from the front. It is an attitude that influences the environment around us.

The Leadership Development Programme is designed to provide the delegate with an insight into a number of key leadership areas and help them identify how they can leverage their new found skills and techniques to make a difference in the workplace. Programme sessions include a Team Overview and Objective Setting, Communication, Team Chemistry, Conflict Management, Leadership & Coaching, Skills of a Leader, Leadership in a Project Environment, Change Management and Making Leadership ‘Live’ in Your Organisation.
The programme uses a series of case studies and exercises to ensure that models from Tuckman, Adair, Herzberg, Deutsch and others are contextualised for delegates. The Programme is designed to develop leadership skills and attributes which are effective in the workplace.

target audience
This course is for anyone currently or soon to find themselves in a leadership role whether leading projects, leading an operational team, managing change or wishing to lead, not just manage.

overview
This course uses a variety of models, case studies and exercises to provide an insight into leadership and help the delegate improve their own leadership skills.
The latest thinking is combined with effective models and techniques to provide content which is engaging and effective at an individual level.
