Introduction to Project Management |
Very often personnel are invited to join or assist project teams without any prior knowledge of project management. They will be subjected to project-related terms, new documentation and charts and a confusing amount of jargon and acronyms.
This course is designed to clarify and explain the basic aspects of a project and project management and to give participants confidence in their project environment. It will help individuals to recognise the key aspects of a project and the importance of their role within it. The course is also intended for those working in supporting functional departments whose work can impact on project success.
This Association for Project Mangement (APM) accredited course follows the syllabus requirements of the APM Introductory Certificate and at the conclusion of the course delegates will be able to undertake the 1 hour multiple choice examination for the APM Introductory Certificate.
The course is also a useful course for those wishing to progress later towards the APMP programme as it provides an introduction to project terminology and the structure of project management.
