Project Management is a key career profession and requires a wide range of technical and people skills. 20|20’s Project Management Practitioners Programme provides all of the essential knowledge requirements, but to become fully competent to manage complex projects there are additional knowledge and skills required. The Advanced Project Management course provides a safe environment for developing and practicing these skills alongside fellow Project Managers. It also promotes a range of more advanced skillsto supplement core knowledge areas.
Working in teams, this course provides action-based learning around a large and complex project - providing an opportunity to apply existing and new skills and consider their application. The extensive case study provides a safe environment to lead a multi-disciplinary project team through a complete project life cycle identifying and dealing with all aspects of complex project management.
The course can also be run as an in-house programme configured around a specific in-house project if required.

This programme is designed for those who have attended the Project Management Practitioners Programme, or who have equivalent practical experience in a project management environment.
