Dave then worked in Retail Management latterly with responsibility for a number of educational centres. This work included the development of training materials to support new processes, and also working in the project team that achieved Investors in People (IIP).
As Technical Author, Dave has responsibility for managing 20|20’s Intellectual Property. The application of instructional design techniques to accredited and proven content is a fundamental component of the approach 20|20 takes to the quality management of its learning materials. Since joining 20|20 Dave has project-managed the complete revision of all taught and distance learning materials, and the creation of the new Introductory and Advanced Project Management courses. He is currently working on a major new learning portal to support an intensive learning programme in Nigeria. |
