COURSE BOOKING CONDITIONS
Programme Description
Due to the fluid nature of training courses and our commitment to continuous improvement, 20|20 Business Insight reserves the right to change the course content and/or trainer in line with market demands.
Programme Dates and Venues
20|20 Business Insight reserves the right to alter or cancel published dates and change venues without liability. In the event of a cancellation where an alternative cannot be provided, monies received in respect of that course will be refunded in full.

Provisional bookings may be made by telephone, but must be confirmed in writing (including a purchase order number) within 7 working days.

Fees
All fees are invoiced when the course booking form is received and are payable within 30 days, or before the course commences, whichever is the sooner. All fees are exclusive of VAT which must be paid in addition to the quoted fee at invoice date chargeable at the standard rate then in force. Payment can be made by cheque, credit/debit card or BACS, and must be received prior to attending the course.
In the event of late payment we reserve our statutory right to interest at the rate of 8% above base under the Late payment of Commercial Debts(interest) Act 1998.
Joining Instructions
Joining instructions will be issued to delegates at least 10 days before the course commences.
Course Literature
Printed course notes are included in the course fees. Standard Course literature is copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.
Cancellation
20|20 reserves the right to cancel or alter the dates or provision of services and the individuals providing the services. In the event of cancellation, booking will normally be transferred to the next available course dates unless the client specifically requests otherwise. If a booking is cancelled or transferred to a different course by the client the following fees will be payable: NOTICE GIVEN % OF FEE CREDITED ON CANCELLATION / TRANSFER More than 60 days 100% 30 - 60 days 50% Less than 30 days 0% Telephone cancellations can be accepted but must be confirmed immediately in writing (by post or fax).
